The worldwide tourism Organization (UNWTO) has introduced guidelines and protocols to help tourism deal with COVID-19. The guidelines underline the need to act decisively. It is imperative and important to establish hygiene protocols mandated by the state authorities to reduce the risk of infection. Therefore, the following guidelines for this unit have been adopted to ensure your safe and peaceful stay.

Guidelines

� Disinfection and sanitization techniques for windows, tables, counters, and other surfaces

� Personal protective equipment (mask, goggles, gloves) worn by employees

� Use of cleaning agents and state-approved sanitation materials

� Daily cleaning and inspection processes for soft surfaces, upholstery, and linens.

� Trash removal and once a week maintenance procedures

� Guests are not to be inside the unit during the cleaning process

� Daily sanitation after the cleaning process

� Sanitation of AC filters

  • Tax: 16% IVA + 3% Hotel Tax (19% total) on these units is not included in the base rates above.

  • Security Deposit and Rental Agreement: Guest Agreement needed. The security deposit will be by credit card (AMEX, MC, or Visa), will be released following your stay once the manager notifies us of no damages. $100 USD.

  • Rental Details:  Last-minute rentals may be offered at a special unadvertised rate, please inquire.

  • Seasonal Policies: All Holiday reservations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights. Each holiday (New Years and Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, President's week) must include 7 nights rented.

  • Rate Policies: Rates are in US dollars per week for the base number of guests. Prices are subject to change without notice and rates are not guaranteed until financially confirmed. ** Super Low Season Rates to compensate for seasonal issues such as construction, sargasso, etc. **

  • Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed.

  • Pet Policy: Pets not allowed.

  • Extras: The management can provide the following items for guests for the approx additional fees. Bikes = $ 7 USD per day or $ 35 USD per week, Roll-away bed = $ 10 per day, Baby Cribs = $ 10 per day, High chairs = $ 5 per day. Please request in advance when booking to ensure availability.
