Privacy and views are a big draw for guests here, many say the view of Half Moon is the best from this southern tip of Half Moon Bay! Casa Zama's location is ideal, right on the water with an oceanfront pool and a sandy cove. It is just a 15+ min walk to Akumal Bay, and less than a 5-min walk to the beach in front of La Buena Vida on Half Moon Bay. Both areas have fabulous restaurants, dive shops, shopping, bars, spas and more.  Many guests will recognize this property as it had its 15 minutes of fame on HGTV!

Depending on the season, this 6BR villa can be rented also as a duplex, as two 1BR, 2BR or 3BR split-villas. Most guests prefer to rent the full 6BR villa - even if for just 2 people, due to the value and convenient location. The two floors are identical in layout. They have an interior master bedroom, plus they each offer 2 lock off guest suites accessed by a walkway outside (6 bedrooms total). The master suites are off the kitchen/living room area. The first floor level has 2 king suite bedrooms and the 3rd BR has 2 twin beds that can be made into a king. The upper floor has 3 king suites, 2 of the bedrooms have a futon to sleep an extra adult or 2 smaller children.  On the beach level the master has direct access to the pool, on the upper level the master has a terrace and access to the large patio adjacent to the living area. This villa has a security guard for added safety. We now have LED lights and are solar-powered with electricity back-up, and we recycle, making the villa more eco-friendly.
